The Federal Historic Preservation Tax Credit offers property owners a 20% income tax credit for the rehabilitation of historic buildings that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Preservation Company assists with ensuring the changes must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and with completing the three stages of applications for the program.
